  • SHIPPING & PROCESSING
– We ship all domestic orders via UPS Ground and delivery timing varies based on customer location.
– All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days, Monday-Friday from 9:am to 5:pm PST
– We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
 
  • WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed and payment is received, we will send order confirmation to the email address provided. You are also able to track your package at UPS with the tracking number provided.
 
  • CANCELATION POLICY
Only orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. If you received a tracking number via email – you cannot cancel or modify the order; your order has been marked as shipped.
Please contact our customer service at (323) 351-3294 to cancel the order immediately.
If you need to change your order because you entered the wrong information you must call us immediately at (323) 351-3294
 
  • RETURN
– EVA ROSE BEAUTY will gladly accept returns of products purchased.
– To qualify for a return, you must email evarose@evarosebeauty.com or call us at (323) 351 -3294, Monday-Friday 9:am to 5:pm PST within 15 days of receiving the order. Please provide the order number and the reason for the return into your email request.
– If a package is lost or delayed, please contact UPS to start an investigation.
– All items must be in their original and respective packaging.
– Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
– Emptied or refilled items will not qualify for any refund.
– We can not accept returns on sale items 
– Provide pictures of the product.
– Once the items for return are received and reviewed, we will promptly issue the refund MINUS any shipping expense.
– Eva Rose Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or untrackable return shipments.
– Eva Rose Beauty is not responsible for return shipping fee.
